Direct Primary Care
Always virtual, so you can enjoy personalized care from the comfort of your home or office. At Island Life Personalized Medicine, our commitment goes beyond traditional Primary Care. Our Direct Primary Care plans are a modern approach to healthcare that focuses on personalized, accessible, and thorough Primary Care. Instead of relying on traditional insurance, patients pay a fixed monthly fee that covers most Primary Care services, such as wellness visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent care visits, and reduced lab costs. Our Primary Care plans include integrative care options and weight loss consulting. Direct Primary Care offers no copays, no deductibles, and no third party billing. Patients can enjoy price transparency, wholesale pricing on labs and imaging, and we are HSA/FSA eligible. We restore the patient/provider relationship-all from your home of office.
In Home visits are also available for local members as agreed upon with the Provider.
Adults 18+
$200/mo
This option is for adults 18 years of age and older who do not want to include any additional persons.
Children 18 and under $50/mo or $10/mo
Children under the age of 18 can be enrolled in this plan. This option is for children only with no additional adults. Children are $10 with subscribing adult.
Couples
$400/mo
Two adults over the age of 18.
Families
$400/mo plus $10/child
This plan is for coverage for the whole family. This includes two adults, and each child under the age of 18 is an additional $10/mo.
