At Island Life Personalized Medicine, we offer a personalized and hassle-free healthcare experience through our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. Led by Maggie Wallace, CRNP, our approach emphasizes a direct, caring relationship between you and your healthcare provider, free from the constraints of traditional insurance. Maggie is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-focused care that meets your unique needs in a welcoming, beach-vibe atmosphere.
To enroll in our DPC program, patients will need to complete the enrollment process over the phone, with a one-time enrollment fee of $100 per family/person. To enroll in the program, please call our office at (251) 842-4287.
Please note that Direct Primary Care is not a substitute for medical insurance. We recommend that patients maintain some form of catastrophic coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, or insurance for specialty care.
